Description

Vibrant and flavorful wraps filled with marinated chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy peanut sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 4 Large Flour Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • Fresh Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 cup Purple Cabbage, shredded
  • 2 Carrots, julienned
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions

  1. Whisk together peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and honey until smooth.
  2. Cut the boneless chicken breast into thin strips and marinate in a bowl with remaining soy sauce and sesame oil for about 10 minutes.
  3. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, shred cabbage, and julienne carrots.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for 6 to 8 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Warm flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft.
  6. Spread peanut sauce on each tortilla, then layer with lettuce, cabbage, carrots, cooked chicken, and cilantro.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to create wraps.
  8. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra peanut sauce on the side.

Notes

Makes great leftovers; store wrapped in parchment paper to maintain crunchiness.
