Description

A refreshing salad combining creamy Caesar dressing with cheese-filled tortellini, crunchy Romaine lettuce, and golden croutons.


Ingredients

  • Tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Caesar Dressing
  • Anchovy Paste (optional)
  • Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • Croutons
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Once tender, drain it in a colander and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Combine the freshly cooked tortellini with chopped Romaine lettuce in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour in the Caesar dressing and toss gently until every piece is well-coated.
  4. If desired, stir in the anchovy paste for a richer flavor.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top, followed by crunchy croutons.
  6. Season lightly with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve for a chilled option.

Notes
