Ingredients
- Tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- Romaine Lettuce

- Anchovy Paste (optional)

Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Once tender, drain it in a colander and allow it to cool slightly.
- Combine the freshly cooked tortellini with chopped Romaine lettuce in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in the Caesar dressing and toss gently until every piece is well-coated.
- If desired, stir in the anchovy paste for a richer flavor.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top, followed by crunchy croutons.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve for a chilled option.
Notes
