Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook your pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
- Sauté the Garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the minced garlic with a drizzle of olive oil and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the Cream: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer to meld the flavors.
- Stir in the Cheese: Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan until melted and achieve a smooth consistency, adding pasta water if the sauce is thick.
- Combine the Pasta: Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and truffle oil until well coated.
- Season to Taste: Adjust salt and pepper as desired.
- Serve & Garnish: Plate the pasta hot, garnishing with chopped parsley.
