Description

Indulge in creamy truffle pasta that’s both luxurious and comforting, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or tagliatelle)
  • 2 tbsp truffle oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook your pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the minced garlic with a drizzle of olive oil and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the Cream: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer to meld the flavors.
  4. Stir in the Cheese: Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan until melted and achieve a smooth consistency, adding pasta water if the sauce is thick.
  5. Combine the Pasta: Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and truffle oil until well coated.
  6. Season to Taste: Adjust salt and pepper as desired.
  7. Serve & Garnish: Plate the pasta hot, garnishing with chopped parsley.

Notes

Serve with garlic bread or a fresh side salad for a complete meal. Can be made ahead and reheated gently.
