- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish

- Breadcrumbs, for topping
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté garlic and onion in a large saucepan over medium heat until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and milk, then bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add grated parmesan cheese while whisking to create a smooth sauce.
- Fold the cooked pasta into the sauce until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, top with more parmesan and breadcrumbs.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
