Description

Delicious and wholesome fruit roll-ups made with just three ingredients: fruit, honey, and lemon juice.


Ingredients

  • 46 cups fresh or frozen fruit (600700 g)
  • 46 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice (60 mL)

Instructions

  1. Prep the fruit: Begin by washing and peeling your chosen fruit. Chop it into smaller pieces and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the honey and lemon juice to the fruit purée and blend again to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and set over low heat. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and spread the fruit mixture evenly, maintaining a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
  5. Preheat the oven to 170°F (75°C) and bake for 4-6 hours until not sticky.
  6. Once dried, allow to cool completely, then cut into strips and roll with parchment.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks or freeze for up to six months.
