Description

Juicy pieces of chicken bathed in a smoky-sweet barbecue sauce, perfectly cooked until the skin is delightfully crispy.


Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces (thighs or breasts)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Create the dry rub by mixing salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  4. Rub the mixture liberally all over the chicken pieces.
  5. Arrange the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Brush barbecue sauce on each piece during the last few minutes of cooking.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
