- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup arugula (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half horizontally, being gentle to maintain their shape.
- Spread a layer of creamy goat cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Layer the fresh apple slices neatly on top of the goat cheese.
- Drizzle honey over the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Optional: Add arugula or chopped nuts on top.
- Close the sandwich with the top half of the croissant, pressing lightly.
- Serve immediately or warm them in the oven for a few minutes.
