- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Marinate the chicken breasts in balsamic vinaigrette for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest before slicing it.
- Combine mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella in a bowl.
- Add the sliced chicken on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and additional balsamic vinaigrette.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken longer. You can use an air fryer for quick cooking.
