Description

A succulent spiral sliced ham glazed with a sweet and tangy pineapple sauce, perfect for celebrations and family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Spiral Sliced Ham
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Slices
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • Cloves (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the spiral sliced ham in your roasting pan, cut side down.
  3. Mix the glaze by combining brown sugar, pineapple juice, and mustard in a bowl.
  4. Apply the glaze generously over the ham, ensuring it seeps between the slices.
  5. Place pineapple slices on top of the ham, securing with cloves if desired.
  6. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  7. Uncover in the last 30 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize.
  8. Rest the ham for 15–20 minutes before slicing.

Notes

You can prepare the glaze and pineapple the day before to save time. Consider using an air fryer for quicker cooking.
