Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into sturdy sticks, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Prepare the breadcrumb mixture by combining breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl until frothy.
- Coat each zucchini stick in the egg, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
