Description

Delight in the savory flavors of seared steak tips and vibrant roasted vegetables, all glazed with a rich balsamic dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak tips
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups assorted vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the steak tips, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the steak tips evenly on one side of a sheet pan.
  4. Toss your assorted vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper in the same bowl.
  5. Place the vegetables on the other side of the sheet pan.
  6. Roast for about 20-25 minutes, checking for doneness.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and serve warm.

Notes

Allow the steak tips to come to room temperature before cooking for improved tenderness. Marinating for up to 2 hours will deepen the flavors.
