Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork tenderloin generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the seasoned pork tenderloin into the hot pan and sear each side for about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the tenderloin from the skillet and place it in a prepared baking dish.
- Toss in the sliced apples in the same skillet and cook until they begin to soften, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle in balsamic vinegar and honey, stirring to combine.
- Pour the apple mixture over the tenderloin in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Allow the pork to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
