Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 burger buns (brioche or whole wheat)
  • Toppings: fresh lettuce, ripe tomato, crispy bacon, melty cheese, zesty pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a mixing bowl.
  3. Shape into four equal patties with a slight indentation in the center.
  4. Cook the patties on the grill for 5-7 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
