Description

A fresh take on the classic Big Mac, these rice paper rolls are filled with seasoned ground beef, crisp veggies, and tangy sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Rice paper sheets
  • Lean ground beef or turkey
  • Crisp lettuce
  • Tomatoes, diced
  • Pickles, sliced
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Onion, finely chopped
  • Tangy sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and relish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the meat in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
  2. Prep your work surface by clearing a clean area; have a shallow bowl of warm water ready.
  3. Soften a rice paper sheet in warm water for about 10 seconds, then lay it flat.
  4. Layer the cooked meat, crisp lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, shredded cheese, and chopped onion on the rice paper.
  5. Drizzle the tangy sauce over the filling, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. Roll the rice paper tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go.
