Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and softened butter for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Using a cookie scoop, roll the dough into balls and flatten them slightly.
- Place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool, then frost and top with sprinkles.
