Description

Delightful Brown Sugar Pop Tart Cookies with a golden-brown exterior and a soft, chewy texture, topped with frosting and colorful sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • Frosting (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and softened butter for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour in the vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  7. Using a cookie scoop, roll the dough into balls and flatten them slightly.
  8. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
