Description

A vibrant pasta salad featuring tender cheese tortellini, fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil, all drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.


Ingredients

  • 9 oz Cheese Tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Balls
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the tortellini, and cook until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, gently mix the tortellini, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  3. Dress the salad: Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper. Adjust to taste.
