- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Balls
- 1 cup Fresh Basil (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the tortellini, and cook until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, gently mix the tortellini, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- Dress the salad: Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper. Adjust to taste.
- Toss gently: Mix all the ingredients until well-coated with the dressing.
