Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Caramelize the sliced bananas by adding them to the skillet with brown sugar and cinnamon, cooking for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Prepare the graham crust by mixing crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  4. Layer the graham cracker mixture in serving jars to form a bottom crust.
  5. Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Fold in the heavy cream until the filling is airy and creamy.
  7. Continue layering the cheesecake filling and caramelized bananas in the jars.
  8. Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
