Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (optional)
  • Oil for Frying
  • Powdered Sugar for Dusting

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper and place about a tablespoon of the mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the two side corners, and roll tightly.
  4. Heat about 2 inches of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls for about 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
