Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper and place about a tablespoon of the mixture in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the two side corners, and roll tightly.
- Heat about 2 inches of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls for about 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
