- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup cornflakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine frozen hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, melted butter, chopped onions, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle cornflakes on top if using.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned on top.
