Description

A creamy, cheesy potato dish topped with crispy cornflakes, perfect for gatherings and comfort food cravings.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup cornflakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine frozen hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, melted butter, chopped onions, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle cornflakes on top if using.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned on top.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
