Description

Instructions

  1. Heat your skillet over medium heat and add the butter or oil until it gleams.

  3. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.
  4. Slide the potatoes to one side of the skillet and pour the whisked eggs into the clear space, scrambling gently until just set.
