Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (with green chilies)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Optional toppings: Fresh lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado, salsa, jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
