Description

A quick and flavorful Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry packed with protein and vibrant vegetables, ready in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Cook the sliced chicken for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and no longer pink in the middle.
  3. Toss in the minced garlic and ginger and sauté for another minute.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and sliced bell pepper, stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables or substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian version.
