- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Cook the sliced chicken for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and no longer pink in the middle.
- Toss in the minced garlic and ginger and sauté for another minute.
- Add the broccoli florets and sliced bell pepper, stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to coat everything evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to add other vegetables or substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian version.
