- 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cup of cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread in the skillet, buttered side down.
- Layer the grilled chicken slices, avocado slices, and cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook until the other side is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
