Description

A delicious and comforting Chicken Caesar Pasta that combines tender chicken, creamy dressing, and zesty lemon over angel hair pasta.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Mix the diced cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, lemon juice, and capers in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Toss the cooked pasta into the bowl, mixing until the chicken and sauce coat the pasta.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Substitute angel hair with other pasta types if desired.
