Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, sliced zucchinis, halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, then toss to coat everything evenly.
