Ingredients

- 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 80 g sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 50 g melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 g dark chocolate (for glaze)
- 30 g butter (for glaze)
- Sprinkles or chocolate chips for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease your cake pan.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl: beat eggs, then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Prepare the glaze by melting dark chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- Glaze the cooled cake with the chocolate glaze and decorate with sprinkles or chocolate chips.
