Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sear the chicken by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  2. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest on a plate.
  3. Sauté the garlic in the same skillet over medium heat for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continually until it simmers, then gradually add the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Coat the chicken in the creamy sauce, letting it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
