- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Combine water, butter, salt, and sugar in a saucepan. Heat over medium until boiling, then lower the heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in the flour gradually until a soft dough forms.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Transfer the dough into a piping bag for easy piping.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Pipe small, bite-sized pieces onto parchment paper.
- Arrange churro bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and roll warm churro bites in the mixture until coated.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
