- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix the Dipping Sauce: In a bowl, blend together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha. Set this aside.
- Season the Salmon: Generously sprinkle salt and pepper over the salmon pieces.
- Dredge the Salmon: In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour in one, the beaten eggs in the second, and the panko breadcrumbs in the third. Coat each salmon piece in flour, dip in eggs, and roll in panko.
- Fry the Salmon Bites: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the salmon bites for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Drain the Bites: Remove the salmon bites and lay them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Serve with the Sauce: Arrange on a platter alongside your spicy-sweet dipping sauce.
