Ingredients
Scale
- 4 fish fillets (e.g., cod or haddock)
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten

- Assemble the sandwiches with fish, tartar sauce, and the top bun.
- Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
Notes
For a healthier option, try air frying the fish fillets instead of frying in oil.
