Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Pour enough oil into a separate frying pan to cover the bottom and heat until it shimmers.
- Take a wonton wrapper and place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Carefully fold it into a triangle shape, sealing the edges tightly.
- Gently place the sealed wontons into the hot oil, frying them for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Once crispy, drain the wontons on paper towels, letting them rest.
- Assemble your tacos by placing the crispy wontons upright, filling them with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and green onions. Sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish.
