- 1 bone-in ham (4 to 6 pounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the ham in the crockpot, cut-side down.
- Make the glaze by whisking together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and black pepper.
- Coat the ham generously with the glaze mixture.
- Slow cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Rest the ham for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the sliced ham on a platter with remaining glaze drizzle.
Notes
For a different flavor, replace honey with maple syrup or use apple juice instead of cider vinegar. Allow the ham to rest after cooking for best results.
