Description

A magical twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich featuring three types of cheese and garlic mayo for a nostalgic experience.


Ingredients

  • 3 types of cheese: sharp cheddar, creamy American, and stretchy mozzarella
  • Garlic mayo spread (mayonnaise and minced garlic)
  • Hearty bread (sourdough or your choice)
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the garlic mayo spread by mixing mayonnaise and minced garlic in a bowl.
  2. Spread the garlic mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer the sharp cheddar, American, and mozzarella cheeses on the unbuttered side of one slice.
  4. Assemble the sandwich with the other slice of bread on top, mayo side facing out.
  5. Heat your skillet over medium heat and melt a small pat of butter until sizzling.
  6. Grill the sandwich for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and grill the other side until cheese melts.
  7. Slice the sandwich and serve warm.

Notes
