Instructions
- Prepare the garlic mayo spread by mixing mayonnaise and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Spread the garlic mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the sharp cheddar, American, and mozzarella cheeses on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Assemble the sandwich with the other slice of bread on top, mayo side facing out.
- Heat your skillet over medium heat and melt a small pat of butter until sizzling.
- Grill the sandwich for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and grill the other side until cheese melts.
