Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Base: Heat a splash of oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics: Stir in the diced onion and grated carrots. Cook until translucent.
