Description

Delicious breakfast rolls filled with scrambled eggs, diced ham, and drizzled with creamy hollandaise sauce, perfect for brunch gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined and frothy.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into a non-stick skillet over medium heat and scramble until fluffy and fully cooked.
  4. Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into triangles with the wide end facing you.
  5. Spoon scrambled eggs and diced ham onto the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll each triangle starting from the wide end and place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Drizzle with hollandaise sauce before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Allow scrambled eggs to cool before filling rolls for better assembly. You can prepare scrambled eggs night before for convenience.
