- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined and frothy.
- Pour the egg mixture into a non-stick skillet over medium heat and scramble until fluffy and fully cooked.
- Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into triangles with the wide end facing you.
- Spoon scrambled eggs and diced ham onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle starting from the wide end and place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with hollandaise sauce before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Allow scrambled eggs to cool before filling rolls for better assembly. You can prepare scrambled eggs night before for convenience.
