Description

Deliciously crispy Fried Squid with tender, juicy interiors, perfect for appetizers or casual dining.


Ingredients

  • Squid (Pusit)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Clean and prepare the squid: Rinse it under cold water, remove the insides and beak, and slice into rings.
  2. Season the squid: Sprinkle salt and pepper over it, and let marinate for a few minutes.
  3. Dredge in flour: Coat the squid evenly in flour.
  4. Heat the oil: Heat oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  5. Fry the squid: Place squid in hot oil in batches, frying for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drain and serve: Remove squid from oil and place on paper towels to drain.

Notes
