Description

A fun and colorful dessert combining crispy rice and fruity flavors in a sushi roll.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • ½ cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large fruit roll-up
  • ½ cup Fruity Pebbles (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Melt the marshmallows and butter: In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the marshmallows. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Combine with cereals: Remove the saucepan from heat and fold in the crispy rice cereal and the ½ cup of Fruity Pebbles.
  3. Prepare the cream cheese filling: In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Assemble the sushi: Lay out the fruit roll-up on a clean surface and spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add the crispy mixture: Spoon the crispy rice mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Roll it up: Carefully roll the fruit roll-up tightly around the filling.
  7. Coat the sushi: Roll the sushi in the remaining Fruity Pebbles and slice into bite-sized pieces.
