- 1 fully cooked ham (about 8–10 pounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
- Mix together the brown sugar, orange juice, pineapple juice, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves to create a glaze.
- Brush the ham generously with the glaze.
- Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake for about 90 to 120 minutes, basting every 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil in the last 30 minutes of baking.
- Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, prepare the glaze a day prior and store it in the fridge. Avoid overcooking and ensure to let the ham rest after baking.
