Description

A vibrant and refreshing Greek salad bursting with the flavors of summer, featuring fresh vegetables, creamy feta, and a tangy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, chickpeas, feta cheese, and olives. Use a wooden spoon to gently mix them, letting the colors intertwine beautifully.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
