Description

A stunning summer dish featuring juicy steak, creamy mozzarella, and roasted cherry tomatoes, all drizzled with a sweet and tangy balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ribeye or flank steak
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella
  • 1 cup roasted cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle the steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Spread cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet and roast until soft, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Rest the steak for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Assemble on a platter with steak slices, mozzarella, and roasted tomatoes.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with basil before serving.

Notes

Marinate the steak overnight for deeper flavors. You can substitute buffalo mozzarella for a richer taste.
