- 1 lb ribeye or flank steak
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella
- 1 cup roasted cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Drizzle the steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Spread cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet and roast until soft, about 10-15 minutes.
- Rest the steak for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Assemble on a platter with steak slices, mozzarella, and roasted tomatoes.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with basil before serving.
Notes
Marinate the steak overnight for deeper flavors. You can substitute buffalo mozzarella for a richer taste.
