Description

Juicy and flavorful grilled chicken breast marinated with garlic and herbs, perfect for barbecues or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or parsley)
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish with the marinade for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and ensure it is clean.
  4. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on one side before flipping.
  5. Check for doneness using a meat thermometer, ensuring an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Rest the chicken covered with aluminum foil for 5 minutes before slicing.
