Description

A vibrant dish that combines the tang of lime and the freshness of cilantro with succulent grilled chicken, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl to create a marinade.
  2. Submerge chicken breasts in the marinade, coating thoroughly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Place marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate chicken longer. Can also be cooked in an air fryer or oven if no grill is available.
