- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl to create a marinade.
- Submerge chicken breasts in the marinade, coating thoroughly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate chicken longer. Can also be cooked in an air fryer or oven if no grill is available.
