- 4 ripe nectarines
- 1 ball of burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat for optimal charring.
- Halve the nectarines and remove the pits, brushing cut sides with olive oil.
- Place the nectarines cut side down on the grill and grill for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Transfer the grilled nectarines to a serving platter.
- Tear the burrata over the warm nectarines.
- Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
- Serve warm or chilled, enjoying the delightful flavors.
