Description

Delightful grilled nectarines topped with creamy burrata and sweet honey for a perfect summer dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe nectarines
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat for optimal charring.
  2. Halve the nectarines and remove the pits, brushing cut sides with olive oil.
  3. Place the nectarines cut side down on the grill and grill for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Transfer the grilled nectarines to a serving platter.
  5. Tear the burrata over the warm nectarines.
  6. Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
  8. Serve warm or chilled, enjoying the delightful flavors.

Notes

For best results, use ripe nectarines and grill well-preheated. Can be made ahead; store grilled nectarines in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
