Description

A rich and creamy ham casserole baked to perfection, combining leftover ham with cheese and mixed vegetables for a satisfying home-cooked meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover ham, diced
  • 1 cup cooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the diced ham, cooked pasta, shredded cheese, milk, and frozen vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, adjusting to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Prepare the topping by mixing the breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the casserole.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
