Ingredients
Scale
- 1 large kielbasa sausage (about 12–16 oz)

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Instructions

- Mix the BBQ sauce with minced garlic, if desired, in a small bowl.
- Brush the kielbasa all over with olive oil and lay it on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
- Spoon the BBQ sauce generously over the top, allowing it to seep into the grooves.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until caramelized and heated through.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Make-ahead by preparing and cutting the sausage the night before and storing in the fridge. Use an air fryer for a quicker option.
