- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1/4 tsp Chili Flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat the grill.
- Make the glaze by whisking honey, soy sauce, and olive oil together.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the honey glaze.
- Cook the salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes or on the grill for 6-8 minutes.
- Prepare rice according to package instructions.
- Cook mixed vegetables in a steamer or sauté pan.
- Assemble the bowl with rice, vegetables, and glazed salmon on top.
- Finish with avocado, sesame seeds, lime juice, and chili flakes.
