Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In the Instant Pot, toss together the cubed chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, onion, brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Mix and Season: Stir everything well until evenly coated. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.
- Pressure Cook: Close the lid securely and set to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
- Release Pressure: Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then perform a quick release for any remaining pressure.
