Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, finely chopped red onion, and sliced black olives.
- Drizzle the Italian dressing over the mixture and gently toss with tongs or a spoon.
- Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste and give it another gentle toss.
- If desired, top with fresh basil or parsley.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
