Description

Delicious bites of cocktail sausages wrapped in flaky crescent dough, filled with a spicy cream cheese and jalapeño mixture, perfect for parties or game nights.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of cocktail sausages
  • 1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 46 jalapeños, sliced and seeded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Slice each jalapeño and carefully seed them.
  4. Fill each jalapeño slice with a scoop of the cheese mixture.
  5. Take a crescent roll triangle, place a filled jalapeño and a cocktail sausage at the wide end, and roll it up tightly.
  6. Arrange the wrapped pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Experiment with different cheeses or add bacon for extra flavor. Can be made in an air fryer for quicker cooking.
