Description
A delightful twist on the classic pigs in a blanket, these Jalapeño Popper Pigs combine juicy sausages with creamy cheese and spicy jalapeños, encased in flaky pastry.
Ingredients

- 1 package Little Sausages (cocktail sausages or mini hot dogs)
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 2–3 Jalapeños, sliced
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 package Puff Pastry or Crescent Roll Dough
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded (optional)
- Seasoning (garlic powder or smoked paprika, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough into squares or rectangles, about 3 inches by 3 inches.
- Place a dollop of cream cheese on each piece of dough and add a slice of jalapeño.
- Add a sausage on top of the cream cheese and jalapeño.
- Wrap the dough around each sausage, pinching the edges to seal.
- Brush melted butter over the wrapped sausages.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
You can prepare these bites a day ahead and bake just before serving. They can also be air-fried for a healthier option.
